Winschoterdiep 50, 9723 AB Groningen Informatieadviseur Transitie Bestuurlijke Besluitvorming (BBV) Groningen ⏱ 12 uur Solliciteer t/m 12-10-2026 Introduction De gemeente Groningen vervangt haar zaaksysteem e-Suite door PodiumD. Het lastigste onderdeel van die overstap is het bestuurlijk besluitvormingsproces (BBV). Voor die transitie zoekt de gemeente een informatieadviseur die analyse, advies en begeleiding in één hand neemt. Wat ga je doen? Je brengt alle functionele en technische eisen voor het BBV-proces in PodiumD in kaart en zorgt dat die inventarisatie wordt goedgekeurd. Daarop bouw je een helder advies over de geautomatiseerde koppelingen met externe vergadersystemen zoals iBABS en GemeenteOplossingen. Daarnaast vertaal je het huidige proces in e-Suite naar PodiumD. Dat is meer dan techniek: je kijkt ook naar gedrag, werkwijzen en wat de verandering vraagt van de mensen die ermee werken. Je stemt inhoudelijk af met het programmateam, de projectleider Zaak en de gebruikersorganisatie. Tot slot ben je verantwoordelijk voor de onboarding van de PodiumD-producten. Je levert een compleet onboarding- en documentatiepakket op en zorgt dat kennis en werkwijzen goed landen bij de staande organisatie en betrokken partners.
