Je werkt binnen een Centraal Planningsteam en zorgt ervoor dat actuele, betrouwbare informatie beschikbaar is voor projecten en plannen. Je fungeert als de verbindende schakel tussen collega's, projecten en informatiestromen, en houdt de voortgang van werkzaamheden in de gaten. Verantwoordelijkheden - Verzamelen en vastleggen van informatie vanuit verschillende afdelingen en disciplines. - Zorgen dat collega's weten welke informatie nodig is en wanneer deze beschikbaar moet zijn. - Toezicht houden op de voortgang van projecten en collega's aanspreken waar nodig. - Actief gebruik maken van het systeem voor project- en portfoliomanagement (FCC). - Rapportages inrichten zodat collega's snel de benodigde informatie kunnen vinden. - Sparringpartner zijn voor collega's binnen en buiten de vakgroep. - Regie voeren op de map-tables in samenwerking met planners van Stadsbeheer. - Bijhouden van programmaplanning, capaciteitsplanning en inf...
