Ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen business en ICT? Voor een toonaangevende onderwijsorganisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Informatiemanager. In deze rol speel je een sleutelrol in het vertalen van strategische organisatiedoelstellingen naar toekomstbestendige informatievoorziening en slimme ICT-oplossingen. Je bent de verbindende factor tussen de business en ICT en weet complexe vraagstukken om te zetten in concrete verbeteringen. Daarbij beweeg je moeiteloos tussen strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau. Organisatie Onze klant is een onderwijsinstelling Functie Als Informatiemanager adviseer je de organisatie over de inzet van informatievoorziening en ICT ter ondersteuning van zowel primaire als ondersteunende processen. Je analyseert processen, signaleert verbeterkansen en zorgt ervoor dat informatiebeleid en ICT-oplossingen optimaal aansluiten op de organisatiedoelstellingen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Vertalen van strategische organisatievraagstukken naar informatiebeleid en ICT-oplossingen; Analyseren en optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen en procesketens; Inventariseren van wensen en behoeften van stakeholders en vertalen naar concrete informatievraagstukken; Adviseren over de inrichting van informatievoorziening en digitalisering; Opstellen van functionele eisen en uitgangspunten voor nieuwe oplossingen; Deelnemen aan en adviseren binnen stuur-, project- en werkgroepen; Regie voeren op informatiemanagementvraagstukken binnen verschillende organisatieonderdelen; Samenwerken met collega's binnen Informatiemanagement en ICT aan uiteenlopende verbeterinitiatieven. Functie-eisen Je bent een ervaren adviseur met een brede blik op informatievoorziening en digitalisering. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende stakeholders en weet strategische plannen te vertalen naar uitvoerbare oplossingen. Je beschikt over: Minimaal 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen informatiemanagement; Ruime ervaring met procesanalyse en

procesoptimalisatie; Een brede achtergrond op het gebied van informatiemanagement en ICT; Ervaring met het ondersteunen van bedrijfsprocessen door middel van informatievoorziening en ICT-oplossingen; Ervaring binnen het onderwijs is een pré. Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in de volgende competenties: Sterk strategisch en analytisch denkvermogen; Ervaring met het ontwikkelen en implementeren van informatiebeleid; Organisatiesensitief en communicatief sterk; Verbindend en overtuigend richting stakeholders; Zelfstandig, proactief en resultaatgericht; In staat om meerdere complexe vraagstukken gelijktijdig te begeleiden; Je neemt initiatief, creëert draagvlak en stuurt projecten waar nodig aan. Aanbod Je gaat via Astorium aan de slag voor onze opdrachtgever. Het gaat om een interim positie waarin jouw inzet echt gewaardeerd wordt. Een salaris tussen € 5.500 en € 6.500 o.b.v. 36 uur per week (afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring) Startdatum: 7-9-2026 t/m 31-12-2026 met optie op verlenging Een opdracht voor 32 tot 36 uur per week met uitzicht op verlenging. Goede pensioenregeling en eens reiskostenvergoeding 8,3% vakantiegeld 25 verlofdagen op fulltime jaarbasis Een uitdagende interimopdracht binnen een maatschappelijk relevante organisatie Een centrale rol in de verdere ontwikkeling van informatievoorziening en digitalisering Veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief, advies en impact Samenwerking met een professionele ICT- en informatiemanagementorganisatie Als ZZP-er ben je welkom om te reageren! Houd rekening met een uurtarief van maximaal € 100 exclusief btw. Wij maken gebruik van goedgekeurde modelovereenkomsten.
