Bij YER zoeken we een Informatiemanager die wordt ingezet op interimopdrachten binnen de lokale overheid. In deze rol werk je op het snijvlak van strategie, IT en organisatie. Je helpt organisaties om hun informatievoorziening te verbeteren en te laten aansluiten op de ambities van de organisatie en de behoeften van inwoners en medewerkers. Overheidsorganisaties staan voor grote uitdagingen op het gebied van digitalisering, informatiehuishouding en datagedreven werken. Als Informatiemanager zorg jij voor samenhang tussen beleid, processen en IT. Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor management en directie en vertaalt organisatiedoelen naar concrete oplossingen binnen de informatievoorziening. In de praktijk betekent dit dat je organisaties helpt bij het ontwikkelen van een visie en strategie voor informatiemanagement en digitalisering. Je brengt informatiebehoeften in kaart, adviseert over de inzet van systemen en begeleidt veranderingen in processen en werkwijzen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met onder andere CIO's, architecten, projectleiders en IT-specialisten. Ook speel je vaak een verbindende rol tussen de business en IT, zodat digitale ontwikkelingen daadwerkelijk bijdragen aan betere dienstverlening en efficiëntere processen.
