Introductie Voor de gemeente Zoetermeer zoeken we een Informatiemanager Domein Interne Dienstverlening. Startdatum: 01-11-2026 Einddatum: 31-10-2027 met optie tot verlenging Uren per week: 32-36 Organisatie Iedereen die bij de gemeente werkt, bouwt direct of indirect en uit volle overtuiging mee aan Zoetermeer. Afdeling Binnen de Gemeente Zoetermeer is de afdeling Informatie en Automatisering verantwoordelijk voor de IT/IV ondersteuning van de rest van de organisatie. Binnen het team Advies & Projecten heerst een collegiale sfeer. Iedereen is bereid om elkaar te helpen. Maar we zijn vooral gedreven om onze interne klanten zo goed mogelijk te adviseren en ondersteunen, voor de collega's, het bestuur en de burgers. Het moderne stadhuis stimuleert ontmoetingen en onderlinge samenwerking en je bent flexibel in het zoeken van je werkplek Functie Wil jij een afwisselende opdracht waarin je de informatiebehoefte van het domein Interne Dienstverlening (P&O, F&C, Projectenbureau etc.) helder maakt en helpt te vertalen naar een meerjarenaanpak? We zoeken een ervaren informatiemanager die ons helpt een professionaliseringsslag te maken: van het op verzoek oppakken van vraagstukken naar een positie aan tafel bij het MT van het domein, waarbij je focus aanbrengt en adviseert over een meerjarenplanning. Ben jij sterk in het leggen van verbinding tussen het domein en de collega's binnen I&A? Weet jij je gemakkelijk te bewegen binnen alle lagen van een gemeentelijke organisatie en combineer je daadkracht en overtuigingskracht met empathie en collegialiteit?
