The posting

Als Information Security Advisor draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van de visie, het beleid en de richtlijnen rond informatieveiligheid. Je versterkt de cyberweerbaarheid van organisaties door risico's te analyseren, beveiligingsmaatregelen uit te werken en projecten rond informatieveiligheid te realiseren.

Je neemt een leidende rol op binnen de cybersecuritygovernance van de organisatie en adviseert management en stakeholders over cyberrisico's, compliancevereisten en strategische beveiligingskeuzes. Daarbij draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van de cybersecuritystrategie en ondersteun je de besluitvorming op management- en directieniveau. Je coördineert risicoanalyses, audits en verbetertrajecten en ondersteunt de organisatie bij cyberincidenten en crisissituaties.

Je vertaalt behoeften en risico's naar concrete technische, organisatorische en procedurele maatregelen. Daarbij werk je beleidslijnen, procedures en preventieve maatregelen uit, begeleid je de implementatie ervan en help je informatieveiligheid te verankeren in de dagelijkse werking van de organisatie.

Tot slot volg je evoluties inzake regelgeving, normen en best practices op de voet, draag je bij aan initiatieven rond risicobeheer, business continuity en security awareness, en waak je over de naleving van de veiligheidsrichtlijnen binnen de organisatie.

Profiel

Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in Informatica, Cybersecurity of een verwante richting, en hebt meerdere jaren relevante ervaring binnen informatieveiligheid, cybersecurity, risk management of compliance.

Je hebt een grondige kennis van informatiebeveiligingsstandaarden en relevante wet- en regelgeving, en ervaring met domeinen zoals ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2, risicoanalyse, audit, security governance, incidentbeheer of business continuity.

Je hebt ervaring met cybersecuritygovernance, compliance en het adviseren van management- en directieniveau. Ervaring als CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) of in een vergelijkbare strategische securityfunctie is een belangrijke meerwaarde.

Je bent een sterke gesprekspartner die complexe veiligheidsvraagstukken vertaalt naar heldere adviezen en aanbevelingen voor uiteenlopende stakeholders.

Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en communiceert vlot en overtuigend.

Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en beschikt over een goede mondelinge kennis van het Frans.
