Wat ga je doen? - Ontwikkelen en implementeren van de informatiebeveiligingsstrategie, roadmap en verbeterplannen. - Opzetten en beheren van governance, beleid, standaarden en controls gebaseerd op het NIST-framework. - Vertalen van risico's naar heldere keuzes voor business en IT, en adviseren van directie en senior management over cyberrisico's en investeringen. - Opbouwen, coachen en aansturen van een professioneel securityteam. - Samenwerken met IT, business units, risk & compliance en externe partners aan een pragmatische, risicogebaseerde aanpak. Wat wordt er gevraagd? - Hbo- of wo-opleiding in cyber security, IT, informatiebeveiliging, risk management of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in een senior managementrol binnen cyber security, information security of technology risk. - Aantoonbare ervaring met het opbouwen of transformeren van een securityorganisatie.
