Als Information Security Manager (m/w/d) übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle für die Informationssicherheit in unseren Clustern. Du erkennst Risiken frühzeitig, koordinierst relevante Maßnahmen und stellst durch eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen sicher, dass Sicherheitsstandards wirksam verankert werden. 1 Information Security Manager:in Gesucht wird für unseren Standort in 1120 Wien, Am Europlatz 2, für 38.5 Wochenstunden.

Aufgaben

* Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktorganisation und der 2nd Line of defense und bist erste Ansprechperson für die 2nd Line innerhalb der Domäne

* Du stellst sicher, dass die Domänenleitung, Product Owner, Chief Product Owner und Engineering Manager (Führungsteam) über aktuelle Vorgaben, einschließlich rechtlicher Anforderungen und deren Umsetzungsgrad informiert sind

* Du berätst das Führungsteam deiner Fachdomänezum Sicherheitsstatus

* Du unterstützt bei der Erhebung und Kommunikation von Sicherheitskennzahlen und beim Risikomanagement

* Innerhalb der Produktteams förderst du die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsanforderungen und das Bewusstsein für Informationssicherheit

* Du treibst die Priorisierung, Bewertung und Koordination von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung der Informationssicherheit, einschließlich der Kontrolle der Umsetzung aktiv voran

* Du unterstützt den Bereich Information Security bei der Entwicklung und Abstimmung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien, sowie bei der Durchführung und Koordination von Penetrationstests

Qualifikationen

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement oder in der Projektleitung und in der IT-Sicherheit sowie Kenntnisse der relevanten Sicherheitsanforderungen und deren Umsetzung

* Hohe Affinität zu Security-Themen und kontinuierliches Interesse an persönlicher Weiterbildung

* Erste Erfahrung in organisatorischen und prozessualen Aspekten der Informationssicherheit und mit agilen Arbeitsweisen

* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder Informationssicherheit

* Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse setzen wir aufgrund der Schnittstellenfunktion voraus

* Deine Begeisterung für die IT-Sicherheit und dein kühler Kopf in herausfordernden Situationen runden dein Profil ab
