One of the key responsibilities of the Group Information Security team is to maintain and update the IT security standards, procedures and processes that apply to all business units within NN Group. Our ongoing challenge is to optimize these procedures and processes, automate as much as possible to increase quality and reduce the complexity for all stakeholders to maintain the required levels of compliancy. Your responsibilities include: - Contribute and maintain the overall vision on security & compliance together with other security officers and the security architect. Contribute towards creating an overview of how the security processes and procedures are related to each other in order to improve efficiency - Help the NN CISO organization to strengthen the currently mainly qualitative reporting with strong data-driven insights in the Security domain to allow for more data-driven decision making by NN - Having a good insight into PowerBi is a must for this role, or similar tooling with the willingness to learn the ins and outs of PowerBi - Driving, coordinating and reporting on central improvement initiatives for security processes and procedures across NN Group.
