Je gaat aan de slag binnen het interne IT- en securityteam op het hoofdkantoor, waar informatiebeveiliging, compliance en risicobeheersing een belangrijke rol spelen. De organisatie telt circa 1.000 medewerkers, verdeeld over meerdere vestigingen in Nederland, en is actief binnen de vakgebieden legal, finance, risk en IT. Vanuit het hoofdkantoor werk je nauw samen met collega's van de verschillende locaties en draag je bij aan een veilige en toekomstbestendige informatievoorziening. In deze rol speel je een belangrijke rol in het verder professionaliseren van de informatiebeveiliging. Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en verbetert het informatiebeveiligingsbeleid, ziet toe op de naleving van wet- en regelgeving, waaronder de AVG en ISO 27001, en draagt bij aan het vergroten van de digitale weerbaarheid van de organisatie. De functie: Als Information Security Officer speel je een centrale rol binnen de informatiebeveiliging van de organisatie. Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en onderhoudt het informatiebeveiligingsbeleid en ziet toe op de naleving van relevante wet- en regelgeving en de normen uit ISO 27001 en ISO 27002. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten, beheren en doorontwikkelen van het Information Security Management System (ISMS). Je voert risicoanalyses uit, vertaalt risico's naar passende beheersmaatregelen en bewaakt de effectiviteit van het informatiebeveiligingsbeleid.
