Deine Aufgaben:

* Telefonischen Support für unsere Kunden

* Qualifizierte Fehleranalyse, Ticketdokumentation und Störungsbehebung

* Operative Tätigkeiten zur Wahrung einer ausfallsicheren IT-Infrastruktur

* Vorbereitung, Koordination und Organisation deiner Onsite-Serviceeinsätze

* Mitarbeit bzw. eigenständige Umsetzung von Projekten

Du verfügst über:

* Sehr gute Teamfähigkeit

* Freude am Kundenkontakt sowie Eigenverantwortung

* Strukturierte und analytische Denkweise und Genauigkeit

* Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Mut zum Querdenken Gepflegtes, offenes und kundenorientiertes Auftreten

* Führerschein B
