Heb je ervaring in infrastructuurwerken en nutsleidingen? Ben je iemand die graag overzicht houdt op een werf zonder vanachter een bureau vast te roesten? Dan kan dit een stevige volgende stap zijn.

Voor een groeiend technisch bouwbedrijf zoeken we een ervaren infra projectleider die projecten in goede banen leidt van voorbereiding tot oplevering.

Functieomschrijving

Als infra projectleider volg je projecten op binnen infrastructuurwerken en nutsleidingen.

Je bent de schakel tussen werf, planning, klanten en uitvoering. Je bewaakt timing, kwaliteit en budget zonder het overzicht te verliezen wanneer het druk wordt.

Je takenpakket:

  • Projecten opvolgen van opstart tot oplevering
  • Werfplanning organiseren en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Aansturen van werfleiders, techniekers en onderaannemers
  • Coördineren van infrastructuur en nutswerken
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers en betrokken partijen
  • Werven opvolgen op vlak van kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement
  • Technische dossiers en werfadministratie beheren
  • Problemen oplossen voor ze écht problemen worden
  • Budgetten en vorderingen opvolgen

Je combineert bureauwerk met aanwezigheid op de werf. Geen job voor iemand die enkel mails wil versturen dus.

  • Ervaring als projectleider binnen infrastructuur of nutsleidingen
  • Sterke kennis van werfopvolging en planning
  • Technisch inzicht binnen bouw en infra
  • Goed organisatorisch vermogen
  • Communicatief sterk naar klanten en teams
  • Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht
