Als IT Infra Support & Change Engineer (met focus op endpoints) maak je deel uit van het Support & Change team. Dit is geen klassieke supportfunctie: naast het oplossen van complexere incidenten werk je actief mee aan changes, verbetertrajecten en IT-projecten. Je neemt ownership over problemen én oplossingen: je analyseert oorzaken, denkt mee over structurele aanpakken en helpt nieuwe oplossingen ontwerpen, testen en uitrollen. Zo bouw je mee aan een stabiele én toekomstgerichte IT-omgeving. Je werkt daarbij breed in infrastructuur met een focus op end-user infrastructuur voor onze kantooromgevingen (laptops, mobiele toestellen, printers, meeting rooms) & onze productiesites (pc’s aan productielijnen, scanners, labelprinters, gedeelde terminals, …).

Wat ga je doen?

  • Support (±70%)Oplossen van complexere IT-incidenten en escalaties Root cause analysis van terugkerende problemen Impact inschatten in businesskritische omgevingen (bv. productie, logistiek)
  • Change & Projectwerk (±30%)Naast support werk je actief mee aan verbeteringen en projecten, zoals:Lifecycle-projecten: vernieuwing van netwerkinfrastructuur, printers, endpoints Rollouts & standaarden: bv. Windows Hello for Business, security-maatregelen, nieuwe device-standaarden Optimalisatie-trajecten: audits van apparatuur, gebruiksstatistieken analyseren, herverdeling van toestellen op sites Procesverbetering: automatisatie, documentatie en optimalisatie van processen Communicatie & adoptie: testgroepen opzetten, feedback verzamelen, interne communicatie en begeleiding Je neemt ownership over je domeinen: je helpt mee bepalen hoe, wanneer en met welke impact veranderingen worden doorgevoerd, steeds in overleg met het team.
  • Tegelijk word je via projecten en oncall betrokken bij bredere domeinen: networking, identity, security, cloud/M365, servers. Je leert het volledige infrastructuurlandschap kennen, met ruimte om je verder te specialiseren in domeinen die je interesseren.

Profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring in complexe IT support en changes/projecten.
  • Je hebt een brede infrastructuurbasis, waardoor je problemen endto-end kan analyseren en niet enkel binnen je eigen domein denkt.
  • Je hebt een duidelijke affiniteit met Modern Workplace, endpoints, networking & Microsoftomgevingen
  • Je kan ownership nemen: plannen, prioriteiten bepalen en impact inschatten
  • Je werkt graag in een rol waar je naast je focus ook breder meedraait binnen infrastructuur
  • Je denkt analytisch: je zoekt oorzaken, niet alleen snelle oplossingen
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan snel schakelen in businesskritische omgevingen
  • Je neemt initiatief en wil actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen
  • Ervaring in productie, logistieke of andere kritieke omgevingen is een plus (bv. industrie, ziekenhuizen, distributie).
