Ben jij een ervaren IT Infrastructure professional met een passie voor leadership, security en infrastructuur? Wil je een sleutelrol opnemen binnen een internationale organisatie waar je zowel strategisch als operationeel het verschil maakt? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou.

Als Team Lead Infrastructure, Security & Support stuur je een team van ongeveer 5 IT-medewerkers aan en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de IT Manager. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de continuïteit, beveiliging en verdere uitbouw van de IT-infrastructuur én voor een performante Service Desk.

Samen met je team én internationale collega's (o.a. in de VS) zorg je voor een veilige, stabiele en toekomstgerichte IT-omgeving die de business optimaal ondersteunt.

Jobomschrijving

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

In deze rol combineer je people management, projectmanagement en technische expertise.

Je bent onder meer verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het coachen, motiveren en ontwikkelen van een team van ongeveer vijf IT-professionals.
  • De dagelijkse werking en continue verbetering van de Infrastructure, Security & Support-afdeling.
  • Het beheer, de optimalisatie en de verdere uitbouw van de IT-infrastructuur.
  • Het aansturen van infrastructuur- en digitaliseringsprojecten, van analyse tot succesvolle implementatie.
  • Het uitwerken van een toekomstgerichte IT-roadmap op basis van de behoeften van de business.
  • Het bewaken van de performantie, beschikbaarheid en cybersecurity van de IT-omgeving.
  • Het implementeren en opvolgen van IT Security policies in samenwerking met internationale collega's.
  • Het verder professionaliseren van de Service Desk via KPI's, procesoptimalisaties en kennisdeling.
  • Het beheren van het IT-budget en de samenwerking met externe IT-partners.
  • Het opvolgen van nieuwe evoluties binnen infrastructuur, cloud en cybersecurity en deze vertalen naar concrete verbeterinitiatieven.

Jouw profiel:

Je bent een ervaren IT-professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en mensen weet te inspireren.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een masterdiploma in Informatica, Computerwetenschappen of Engineering, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 7 jaar ervaring binnen IT Infrastructure, idealiter aangevuld met een leidinggevende of coördinerende rol.
  • Ervaring met projectmatig werken en methodologieën zoals Agile of Scrum.
  • Een sterke kennis van enterprise IT-infrastructuren, networking en security.

Je hebt ervaring met technologieën zoals:

  • Microsoft 365
  • Azure
  • Active Directory & Domain Controllers
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • SharePoint
  • SCCM
  • Servervirtualisatie
  • NAS- en back-upoplossingen
  • Firewalls, switches en networking
  • Tanium en CrowdStrike (pluspunt)

Daarnaast:

  • Denk je strategisch én hands-on.
  • Communiceer je vlot met zowel technische als business stakeholders.
  • Heb je oog voor servicekwaliteit en continue verbetering.
  • Is kennis van NIS2 een mooie troef
