Dentro de nuestro equipo de producto industrial, buscamos incorporar talento especializado en Inteligencia Artificial aplicada al procesamiento de documentación técnica, recuperación de conocimiento y desarrollo de soluciones software robustas, fiables y orientadas a usuarios profesionales.

Misión del Puesto

Como Ingeniero/a de IA, participarás en el diseño, desarrollo e integración de componentes de Inteligencia Artificial aplicados al tratamiento de documentación técnica y conocimiento industrial. Tu trabajo contribuirá a que nuestras soluciones puedan organizar, consultar y explotar información técnica compleja de forma trazable, segura y útil para usuarios en entornos operativos.

Responsabilidades y Funciones

• Desarrollo de soluciones de IA: Diseñar y desarrollar componentes de IA, NLP y recuperación de información aplicados a productos software de ARSOFT.

• Procesamiento documental: Crear pipelines para procesar documentación técnica, PDFs, tablas, diagramas, metadatos y otros formatos utilizados en entornos industriales.

• Búsqueda semántica y recuperación de información: Implementar mecanismos de embeddings, indexación, búsqueda avanzada, reranking y recuperación precisa de información a partir de fuentes documentales.

• Modelos de lenguaje: Integrar y evaluar modelos de lenguaje y tecnologías de IA generativa, priorizando la fiabilidad, la trazabilidad y el control de las respuestas.

• Calidad y validación: Definir pruebas, métricas y mecanismos de evaluación para comprobar que los sistemas responden de forma coherente con la documentación aprobada.
