  • Je stelt onderhoudsplanningen op en volgt deze nauwgezet op om stilstanden te vermijden.
  • Je analyseert storingen en grijpt snel in met gerichte, praktische oplossingen.
  • Je werkt samen met techniekers aan duurzame verbeteringen en technische optimalisaties.
  • Je wordt betrokken bij innovatieprojecten, zoals de implementatie van AI-systemen in productie.

Op termijn:

  • Je functioneert als back-up van de verantwoordelijke en neemt initiatief in beslissingen.
  • Je initieert en begeleidt optimalisatieprojecten rond efficiëntie, kwaliteit en output.
  • Je wordt een sleutelfiguur binnen productie, met directe impact op resultaten en werking.
