Jobomschrijving

Als automatiseringsingenieur bij TotalEnergies Lubricants Ertvelde speel je een cruciale rol in het onderhouden, controleren en optimaliseren van het automatiseringsproces binnen ons productieproces.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Implementeren van OPEX & CAPEX automatiseringsprojecten, inclusief ICT-gerelateerde projecten.
  • Opnemen van een coachende en coördinerende rol op binnen het team. Ondersteunen van de collega's bij de uitvoering van automatiseringsopdrachten, opvolgen van de voortgang en helpen bij het stellen van de juiste prioriteiten om projecten efficiënt en kwaliteitsvol te realiseren.
  • Ondersteunen van automatiseringstechnici bij het oplossen van problemen en storingsanalyses. Meedraaien in shift in functie van de permanentie, met name tijdens de zomervakantie en schoolvakanties.
  • Bijdragen aan studies voor de optimalisatie en ontwikkeling van de automatiseringsinfrastructuur.
  • Uitvoeren van verbeteringsvoorstellen en interne instructies op het gebied van gezondheid, veiligheid, milieu, proces en techniek.
  • Onafhankelijke programmering en engineering van kleine tot middelgrote automatiseringsprojecten.
  • Ondersteunen van grote kapitaalprojecten in samenwerking met de IT- en projectafdeling.
  • Bijhouden van nieuwe evoluties binnen automatisering en robotica om Ertvelde als Factory Of the Future te verzekeren.

Een Master in Engineering met specialisatie in automatisering. Technische kennis van IT, automatisering, instrumentatie en elektronica. Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden. Teamspeler en coach voor collega's. Talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans is een plus. Je bent bereid om de collega's die in shift werken te vervangen indien dit noodzakelijk is voor de personeelsbezetting.
