Onze klant is een wereldwijde specialist in bouwaccessoires en technische oplossingen voor de bouwsector. Vanuit 60 locaties wereldwijd combineren zij internationale expertise met lokale kennis om ambitieuze bouwprojecten te ondersteunen. Het aanbod omvat onder meer oplossingen voor structurele verbindingen, wapening, verankering en hijstechnieken. In samenwerking met architecten, ingenieurs en aannemers helpt onze klant om gebouwen veiliger, sterker en efficiënter te maken. Hoewel de producten vaak niet zichtbaar zijn, spelen ze een essentiële rol in de plaatsen waar mensen wonen, werken en samenkomen. Binnen deze organisatie staan expertise, samenwerking en ambitie centraal. Je krijgt er de kans om jouw kennis verder uit te bouwen, je te specialiseren en een betekenisvolle bijdrage te leveren aan de toekomst van de bouwsector.

Jobomschrijving

Als Ingenieur Bouwkunde in Ternat begeleid je technische bouwprojecten van ontwerp tot uitvoering. Je vertaalt de behoeften van klanten en projectpartners naar haalbare, veilige en efficiënte oplossingen voor structurele verbindingen, wapening, verankering en hijstechnieken. Daarbij werk je samen met architecten, aannemers, ingenieurs en interne experts binnen een internationale omgeving.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Je neemt eigenaarschap over projecten vanaf de eerste technische analyse tot en met de ondersteuning tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Je werkt bouwkundige oplossingen op maat uit voor uiteenlopende projecten in woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw en infrastructuur.
  • Je analyseert plannen, technische vereisten en klantvragen en vertaalt deze naar doordachte ontwerpen en berekeningen.
  • Je geeft technisch advies aan klanten, architecten, aannemers en andere projectpartners.
  • Je stelt technische offertes, productvoorstellen en bijbehorende documentatie correct en tijdig op.
  • Je overlegt met collega’s en de salesorganisatie om projecten efficiënt en commercieel onderbouwd te ondersteunen.
  • Je volgt de praktische toepasbaarheid van oplossingen op en denkt mee over mogelijke verbeteringen tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Je draagt bij aan innovatieve bouwoplossingen die constructies sterker, veiliger en efficiënter maken.

In deze functie combineer je technische diepgang met klantcontact en projectmatige samenwerking. Je krijgt de ruimte om je expertise verder te ontwikkelen en geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen een organisatie met internationale kennis en lokale slagkracht.

Voor deze startersfunctie zoeken we een analytische en nieuwsgierige bouwkundig ingenieur die technische vraagstukken graag omzet in concrete oplossingen. Je hoeft nog geen uitgebreide ervaring te hebben: een stevige opleiding, interesse in bouwtechniek en de motivatie om bij te leren vormen de belangrijkste basis.

Je brengt bij voorkeur het volgende mee:

  • Een masterdiploma in industriële wetenschappen, bouwkunde, bouwkundig ingenieur of architectuur.
  • Een eerste professionele ervaring, stage of projectervaring binnen bouwkunde, engineering of technische bouwoplossingen is een pluspunt.
  • Een sterke interesse in de bouwsector, technische ontwerpen en toepassingen rond verbinding, verankering, wapening of hijstechniek.
  • Een analytische en nauwkeurige werkhouding, met aandacht voor technische haalbaarheid, veiligheid en detail.
  • Ervaring met MS Office en bij voorkeur kennis van AutoCAD, BIM of vergelijkbare ontwerp- en engineeringtools.
  • Het vermogen om technische informatie helder te verwerken en begrijpelijk toe te lichten aan verschillende gesprekspartners.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Een zelfstandige, leergierige en samenwerkingsgerichte houding.
  • De ambitie om je verder te specialiseren en op termijn een grotere rol op te nemen in technische projectbegeleiding.

Je hoeft niet alle kennis vanaf de eerste dag te beheersen. Een open leerhouding, verantwoordelijkheidszin en interesse in de wisselwerking tussen ontwerp en uitvoering zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
