The posting

Werk mee aan elektrische installaties in een unieke en gevarieerde gebouwenportefeuille van de Regie der Gebouwen. Je draagt bij aan veilige, performante en energie-efficiënte oplossingen die een directe impact hebben op essentiële publieke diensten.

Geen twee projecten zijn hetzelfde: je combineert technische expertise met concrete realisaties op het terrein.

Wat ga je doen?

Als ingenieur elektriciteit werk je aan diverse uitdagende projecten binnen onze vastgoedportefeuille:

  • Je stelt elektriciteitsstudies op voor nieuwbouwprojecten, renovaties en vernieuwing van installaties
  • Je bereidt technische en administratieve dossiers voor en maakt opdrachtdocumenten op
  • Je superviseert de uitvoering van werken en neemt deel aan werfvergaderingen
  • Je begeleidt externe studiebureaus bij grote projecten en bewaakt contractuele afspraken
  • Je behandelt klantenverzoeken, analyseert hun noden en stelt oplossingen voor
  • Je lanceert aanbestedingen volgens de wetgeving rond overheidsopdrachten
  • Je detecteert opportuniteiten voor energie-efficiënte oplossingen en werkt deze uit

Over de Regie der Gebouwen

De Regie der Gebouwen beheert de vastgoedportefeuille van de federale overheid en zet sterk in op modernisering, nieuwe technologieën en een inspirerende werkomgeving. We hechten veel belang aan teamwerk en een goede werk-privébalans.

Selectieprocedure

De procedure bestaat uit:

  2. Een interview met gevalstudie (je krijgt voldoende tijd om de gevalstudie voor te bereiden)

  • Resultaatgerichte instelling en wendbaarheid
