Vivaldis Office Turnhout zoekt een Ingenieur elektromechanica.

Je krijgt veel vrijheid om projecten op jouw eigen manier aan te pakken en uit te voeren. Je trekt regelmatig de productie in. Dit is dé plek waar je kennismaakt met verschillende soorten fouten en waar je enorm veel kan bijleren door de nauwe samenwerking met de operatoren en techniekers.

Wat moet je doen?

Je maakt deel uit van de technische dienst en bent de rechterhand van de Teamlead electrical/ automation Engineering.

  • Je biedt cruciale support aan de techniekers, operatoren, ...
  • Je stelt een curatief én preventief onderhoudsplan op, volgt dit op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Door middel van data-analyse monitor je technische stilstanden en terugkerende onderhoudskosten om gericht te kunnen reageren met verbeteringsvoorstellen.
  • Je ondersteunt de verdere ontwikkeling van SAP PM.
  • Je analyseert technische vraagstukken en vertaalt deze naar concrete automatisatieoplossingen in samenwerking met de technische diensten.
  • Je staat mee in voor de uitwerking, implementatie en opvolging van projecten rond vernieuwing, uitbreiding en optimalisatie van productielijnen.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij het analyseren en structureel oplossen van technische storingen en operationele problemen.
  • Focus op industriële elektriciteit, Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC (Flex), machineveiligheid en aandrijftechnologie!
  • Je staat in voor de optimalisatie en borging van de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van het machinepark.
  • Vanuit deze optiek streef je continu naar verbetering om de kwaliteit en de rendabiliteit van de lijn te verhogen.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en trekt de juiste conclusies uit technische data.
  • Minimum Master (pas afgestudeerde zeker ook een optie!)
  • Je bent een geboren coördinator en weet technici te ondersteunen en projecten in goede banen te leiden.
  • Je vindt het fijn om op de werkvloer (productie) aanwezig te zijn en van daaruit bij te leren.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van TIA Portal en WinCC.
  • Sterke interesse in PLC, robotica,... is must
  • Je bent een communicatieve teamspeler die zowel intern als met externe partners vlot samenwerkt.
  • Veiligheid staat bij jou bovenaan.
