Je takenpakket Ben jij een expert in het coördineren, organiseren en optimaliseren van complexe technische processen en projecten? Voor een semipublieke speler die een sleutelrol speelt in de veilige verwerking van afvalstromen en de ontmanteling van industriële installaties in België, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Ingenieur Expert. In deze rol zet jij letterlijk en figuurlijk de lijnen uit voor de operationele efficiëntie en veiligheid van de toekomst.

Jij fungeert als dé kennisdrager binnen jouw specialisatiedomein en jouw rol in het technisch bijstaan van diverse stakeholders wordt écht gewaardeerd. Je hoofdtaken zijn: Projectmanagement: Het van A tot Z coördineren, leiden en bijsturen van technische projecten (volgens PMO-procedures), inclusief strakke budgetcontrole en planning. Ontwerp & Optimalisatie: Het proactief ontwerpen en verbeteren van (proces)installaties, en het opstellen van technische specificaties en complexe (aanbestedings)dossiers. Veiligheid & Risicobeheer: Het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van diepgaande risicoanalyses (zoals HAZOP, FMEA, SWIFT) om de veiligheid te allen tijde te waarborgen. Expertise & Contractbeheer: Het fungeren als dé technische expert voor in- en externe stakeholders en als leidend ambtenaar voor de stipte opvolging van project- en onderhoudscontracten.

Wat breng jij mee:

  • Ervaring: Aantoonbare (medior) ervaring als Discipline Engineer met een sterke achtergrond in projectmanagement en budgetbeheer, bij voorkeur binnen een industriële of gereguleerde omgeving.
  • Technische Skills: Brede expertise in het uitvoeren van risicoanalyses, complexe probleemoplossing en het feilloos borgen van de kwaliteit en volledigheid van technische specificaties en dossiers.
  • Soft Skills: Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in vloeiend Nederlands om vlot te schakelen en samen te werken met diverse interne en externe stakeholders.
