Als Ingenieur HVAC-Technieken neem je een centrale en veelzijdige rol op waarbij je projecten nauwgezet begeleidt van het eerste concept tot de uiteindelijke oplevering.

  • Op basis van nauwkeurige berekeningen ontwerp je zelfstandig installaties voor klimaatbeheersing, ventilatie en sanitair, zodat elk gebouw optimaal functioneert.
  • Je vertaalt deze ontwerpen in heldere technische dossiers, gedetailleerde bestekken en meetstaten om een vlekkeloze realisatiefase te garanderen.
  • Tijdens regelmatige werfbezoeken voer je een grondige kwaliteitscontrole uit, zodat de uitvoering buiten perfect overeenstemt met jouw theoretische plannen.
  • Je fungeert als het vaste aanspreekpunt voor architecten, bouwheren en aannemers, waarbij je hen in elke fase voorziet van deskundig advies en sterke relaties opbouwt.

Profiel

Voor de positie van Ingenieur HVAC-Technieken zoeken we een leergierige teamplayer die graag gestructureerd te werk gaat en het overzicht behoudt.

  • Een masterdiploma in de bouwkunde of elektromechanica vormt een sterke basis, al is een gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring minstens even waardevol.
  • Minstens drie jaar ervaring binnen gebouwtechnieken helpt je om complexe dossiers zelfstandig en met het nodige analytische inzicht op te pakken.
  • Een vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands zorgt ervoor dat je moeiteloos overlegt met zowel je collega's als de externe partners op de werf.
  • Ervaring met 3D-ontwerpsoftware zoals Revit is een mooie troef, maar absoluut geen breekpunt; een pragmatische aanpak is hier veel belangrijker.
