Dankzij een nauwkeurige aanpak en jarenlange ervaring is de organisatie een betrouwbare partner voor zowel publieke als private opdrachtgevers.

Jobomschrijving

Als Ingenieur infrastructuur werk je mee aan het ontwerp en de opvolging van infrastructurele projecten in Puurs. Je combineert technische nauwkeurigheid met coördinatie op het terrein en ondersteunt projecten van concept tot uitvoering.

In deze rol neem je een brede verantwoordelijkheid op binnen uiteenlopende dossiers voor overheden, steden, gemeenten en nuts- en watergerelateerde opdrachtgevers. Afhankelijk van je ervaring krijg je een meer sturende rol als ontwerper/projectleider of werk je mee aan de verdere uitbouw van projecten onder begeleiding.

Jouw takenpakket kan onder meer bestaan uit:

  • het mee opstarten en uitwerken van infrastructuurontwerpen vanaf de eerste fase;
  • afstemmen met stakeholders en het voorbereiden en leiden van overlegmomenten;
  • zelf technische plannen uitwerken of een tekenaar aansturen;
  • mee opvolgen van vergunningsaanvragen en administratieve projectstappen;
  • de uitvoering bewaken via werfbezoeken, werfvergaderingen en kwaliteitsopvolging;
  • de voortgang van aannemers opvolgen en bijsturen waar nodig;
  • meewerken aan projecten met een sterke impact op publieke ruimte en infrastructuur.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar technische kwaliteit, praktische opvolging en heldere communicatie samenkomen. Naargelang je profiel krijg je ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen uitdagende infrastructuurprojecten.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ingenieur infrastructuur met 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring, al kan ook een gemotiveerde starter of junior projectleider met de juiste achtergrond in aanmerking komen. Een opleiding als landmeter, bouwkundig ingenieur of bachelor met relevante ervaring sluit goed aan bij deze rol.

We zoeken iemand die zowel technisch als communicatief sterk is en vlot kan schakelen tussen ontwerp, overleg en uitvoering.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • je hebt een achtergrond in bouwkunde, landmeetkunde of een gelijkaardige technische richting;
  • je kan infrastructuurplannen mee uitwerken en technisch beoordelen;
  • je communiceert vlot met stakeholders, aannemers en opdrachtgevers;
  • je neemt graag initiatief en kan vergaderingen mee voorbereiden of leiden;
  • je bent nauwkeurig in opvolging van plannen, vergunningen en uitvoeringsdetails;
  • je voelt je comfortabel op de werf en houdt toezicht op kwaliteit en voortgang;
  • je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt overzicht over meerdere projecten tegelijk;
  • kennis van ontwerp- en tekensoftware is een pluspunt.

Een hands-on ingesteldheid, verantwoordelijkheidszin en de bereidheid om mee te bouwen aan projecten in de publieke infrastructuur zijn belangrijker dan een perfect afgelijnd parcours. Schoolverlaters met de juiste studierichting en sterke motivatie kunnen eveneens worden voorgesteld.
