The posting

In een innovatieve bouw- en technologieomgeving krijg je als Ingenieur innovatie & robotica een sleutelrol in het vertalen van nieuwe technologische mogelijkheden naar praktische toepassingen op de werf. De functie combineert analyse, experimentatie, optimalisatie en nauwe samenwerking met diverse interne en externe partners.

De belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Analyseren van huidige werkmethodes op de werf en bepalen waar verbeteringen mogelijk zijn.
  • Uitwerken van nieuwe uitvoeringsmethodes rond toegankelijkheid, organisatie en veiligheid.
  • Overleggen met projectleiders en uitvoeringsteams om praktische oplossingen te ontwikkelen.
  • Onderzoeken en testen van nieuwe machines en robottoepassingen.
  • Inzetten van technologie om repetitieve of fysiek zware taken te ondersteunen.
  • Samenwerken met leveranciers en partners rond innovatieve oplossingen.
  • Optimaliseren van werfopstellingen, logistiek en werkmethodes.
  • Testen van alternatieve technieken die tijd of kosten besparen.
  • Uitwerken van schaalbare standaardoplossingen binnen de organisatie.
  • Opvolgen van innovatieprojecten van concept tot implementatie, inclusief pilootprojecten.
  • Meten van resultaten en vertalen naar organisatorische verbeteringen.
  • Beheren van het innovatiebudget.
  • Ingenieur industrieel of burgerlijk, bij voorkeur richting werktuigkunde, mechanica of elektrotechniek.
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring.
  • Hands‑on ingesteld en graag aanwezig op de werf.
  • Praktisch, ondernemend en no‑nonsense ingesteld.
  • Interesse in mechanica, bouw, uitvoering, innovatie, digitalisering, robotica en AI.
  • Bereidheid om beurzen bij te wonen rond innovatieve oplossingen.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en oplossingsgericht denken.
  • Als Ingenieur innovatie & robotica ben je in staat om technologie om te zetten in concrete verbeteringen op de werf.
