  • Opvolgen van volledige vergunningstrajecten vormt een essentieel onderdeel van het dagelijkse takenpakket.
  • Analyseren van vigerende stedenbouwkundige voorschriften waarborgt de juridische en technische haalbaarheid van elk nieuw dossier.
  • Onderhouden van constructieve contacten met overheidsinstanties bevordert een vlotte voortgang van de residentiële projecten.
  • Verlenen van deskundig advies aan de interne ontwerpafdeling optimaliseert de ruimtelijke invulling van toekomstige wijken.
  • Bijsturen van plannen op basis van feedback van belanghebbenden garandeert een breed gedragen en duurzaam resultaat.
  • Monitoren van de nieuwste wetgeving rondom ruimtelijke ordening houdt de organisatie scherp en compliant.

Profiel

Als ingenieur projectontwikkeling is je profiel omschreven als volgt:

  • Diploma's op het niveau van bachelor of master in de bouwkunde of architectuur vormen de basis.
  • Functierelevante ervaring in de sector geniet de voorkeur, al staan de deuren ook open voor een mature schoolverlater met een sterke motivatie.
  • Samenwerken met collega's verloopt natuurlijk door een sterke focus op het gezamenlijke resultaat boven individueel succes.
