Wil jij meebouwen aan complexe en innovatieve constructies binnen uitdagende bouwprojecten?

Krijg je energie van het uitwerken van stabiele, efficiënte en esthetisch doordachte structuren?

Zoek je een rol waarin je engineering, ontwerp en uitvoering met elkaar kan verbinden? Dan is deze functie als stabiliteitsingenieur / structureel ontwerper precies wat jij zoekt!

Als stabiliteitsingenieur maak je deel uit van de studiedienst en speel je een sleutelrol in het uitwerken en begeleiden van structurele ontwerpen binnen Design & Build en bouwteamprojecten.

Je bent betrokken vanaf de conceptfase en zorgt ervoor dat technische haalbaarheid, efficiëntie en kwaliteit hand in hand gaan.

Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, projectteams en uitvoerende diensten en vertaalt complexe structuren naar haalbare en doordachte oplossingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Begeleiden en uitwerken van structurele concepten in overleg met architecten, bouwheren en interne teams.
  • Verstrekken van technisch stabiliteitsadvies aan projectvoorbereiders, project- en werfleiders en BIM-modelleurs.
  • Ontwikkelen van alternatieve en efficiëntere structurele oplossingen.
  • Deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen bij projecten met complexe structuren.
  • Overleggen met ontwerpteams en onderaannemers om kwalitatieve en uitvoerbare oplossingen te garanderen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de studiedienst.
  • Delen van technische kennis en best practices binnen de organisatie.
  • Bewaken van de balans tussen constructieve, esthetische en economische aspecten in het ontwerp.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma, bv ingenieurswetenschappen bouwkunde of industriële wetenschappen bouwkunde
  • 5–10 jaar ervaring binnen stabiliteitsstudie of een ingenieursbureau
  • Sterke interesse en affiniteit met innovatieve technieken, duurzame bouwoplossingen bij complexe bouwprojecten.
  • Pluspunten: kennis van Revit Structure, Dynamo, Rhino of Grasshopper
