The posting

  • Coördineren van de technische opvolging van zware spoormachines, kranen en spoorwagons.
  • Uitbouwen en implementeren van het onderhoudsbeheersysteem (ECM) en de bijbehorende processen.
  • Beheren en actualiseren van technische dossiers, certificaten, keuringsattesten en opleidingsdocumenten.
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van de indienststelling van nieuwe machines en spoorvoertuigen.
  • Plannen, voorbereiden en coördineren van preventieve en curatieve onderhoudswerken.
  • Identificeren, bestellen en opvolgen van de benodigde wisselstukken.
  • Voorbereiden van werfactiviteiten en regelmatig controleren van de uitvoering ter plaatse.
  • Ondersteunen van operationele teams bij de technische voorbereiding en uitvoering van werkzaamheden.
  • Analyseren van technische storingen en uitwerken van duurzame oplossingen in samenwerking met techniekers.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en technisch opleiden van medewerkers en techniekers.
  • Selecteren en opvolgen van externe onderhoudspartners wanneer nodig.
  • Optimaliseren van onderhoudsprocessen en verder uitbouwen van de technische kennis binnen de organisatie.
  • Beschikken over een masterdiploma in elektromechanica, machinebouw of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
  • Hebben van een sterke interesse in zware machines, spoorvoertuigen of rollend materieel.
  • Beschikken over een analytische, gestructureerde en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
  • Nemen van initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit en veiligheid van het geleverde werk.
  • Vlot communiceren met techniekers, leveranciers en externe partners.
  • Vlot beheersen van het Nederlands en beschikken over een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
  • Beschouwen van kennis van het Duits als een pluspunt.
  • Bereid zijn om zowel op kantoor als op de werf te werken.
  • Beschikken over organisatorische vaardigheden en een coachende ingesteldheid.
