Binnen het herstel van de kinderopvangtoeslagaffaire werken we met een specifieke doelgroep: kindgedupeerden die inmiddels tussen ongeveer 16 en 45 jaar oud zijn. Zij hebben vaak te maken (gehad) met complexe problematiek op meerdere leefgebieden. De gemeente speelt een belangrijke rol in het bieden van passende, brede ondersteuning. Om deze ondersteuning verder te versterken, breiden we het team uit met een inhoudelijk expert. Wat ga je doen? Als inhoudelijk expert brede ondersteuning ben jij dé inhoudelijke kartrekker en begeleider van de casusbehandelaars. Je zorgt ervoor dat zij hun werk goed, zorgvuldig en met vertrouwen kunnen uitvoeren, juist bij complexe situaties. De nadruk in jouw rol ligt op het organiseren en uitvoeren van individuele werkbegeleiding en casuïstiekbesprekingen. Maar dit is niet het enige: binnen dit nieuwe project ben je flexibel en kom je proactief met haalbare en relevante suggesties. Naast inhoudelijk ben je ook realistisch, wat zich vertaalt in bewustzijn van processen en doorlooptijden en het voeren van een duidelijk en open gesprek over hoe iemand het werk uitvoert. Je zorgt voor verdieping, reflectie en ontwikkeling binnen het team.
