Ben jij een ervaren relatiebeheerder met sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en klaar voor je volgende uitdaging? Dan horen we graag van je! In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks beheer van een specifieke inhouse-locatie. Je geeft leiding aan en ondersteunt een team van inhouse-consultants, waarbij je zorgt voor een soepele bedrijfsvoering en een uitstekende dienstverlening. Je weet hoe je de belangen van Charlie works, onze klanten en onze uitzendkrachten met elkaar in evenwicht kunt brengen, terwijl je prestaties en KPI-doelstellingen centraal stelt bij alles wat je doet. Als Client Manager Inhouse speel je een sleutelrol bij het versterken van klantrelaties, het identificeren van groeikansen en het omzetten van deze kansen in commercieel succes. Wat ga je doen? - De dagelijkse gang van zaken van een specifieke inhouse-vestiging aansturen. - Een team van Inhouse-consultants aansturen, coachen en ondersteunen. - Ervoor zorgen dat KPI-doelstellingen en serviceniveaus worden gehaald. - Sterke relaties met klanten opbouwen en onderhouden. - Fungeren als het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als interne belanghebbenden. - Commerciële kansen identificeren en bijdragen aan de groei van het bedrijf. - Zorgen voor een optimale balans tussen klanttevredenheid, operationele prestaties en de betrokkenheid van uitzendkrachten. Functievereisten - HBO-niveau qua werk en denkvermogen. - Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur binnen de uitzendbranche. - Aantoonbare leiderschaps- en people management-vaardigheden. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om relaties op te bouwen. - Flexibele, klantgerichte en resultaatgerichte instelling....
