Je werkt dedicated voor één of meerdere opdrachtgever(s). Regelmatig ben je bij de klant op locatie maar je werkt ook thuis of op een Adecco vestiging in de buurt. Wat deze functie zo uitdagend maakt is dat je onderdeel uitmaakt van zowel Adecco als van je klant. Doordat je van beide partijen weet wat er speelt, kun je jezelf optimaal ontwikkelen. Zo kun je nóg beter worden in je werk. Wat ga je doen - In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de instroom van nieuwe medewerkers. Je verzorgt rondleidingen en trainingen voor nieuwe medewerkers. Met jouw enthousiasme weet jij nieuwe medewerkers aan je te binden om bij dit mooie bedrijf te komen werken. - Naast de werving en selectie ben jij de contactpersoon voor je medewerkers. Gedurende de tijd dat ze werkzaam zijn, blijf jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle HR-gerelateerde vragen. Je kent al je medewerkers bij naam, en toont oprechte interesse in ze zodat ze zich verbonden blijven voelen met zowel Adecco als met het de klant. Je werknemers zijn tenslotte de kracht van de organisatie! - Dagelijks sta je direct in contact met jouw klant. Je bent veel met hen in gesprek om de behoeften te peilen én ervoor te zorgen dat ze tevreden zijn met onze dienstverlening. Jouw doel is natuurlijk om hun verwachtingen te overtreffen. Hier zet jij je dagelijks met passie en plezier voor in! - Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele administratieve proces. Hieronder vallen onder andere de verloning en het ziekteverzuim van je medewerkers.
