Das erwartet Sie * Sie leisten einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Business-Process-Management-Ansatzes innerhalb der Sparte. Durch laterale Führung sowie Ihre Kompetenz, andere zu befähigen und zu motivieren, schaffen Sie die Voraussetzungen für die nachhaltige Verankerung eines Prozessmanagement-Mindsets und entsprechender Vorgehensweisen im Unternehmen. * Sie entwickeln im Team moderne und zielführende BPM-Vorgehensweisen und die damit verbundenen internen Leistungsangebote weiter und vermitteln diese zielgruppengerecht an Prozessverantwortliche und Mitarbeitende. Dazu gehören unter anderem Befähigung, Coaching, Advisory Services, die Betreuung der Dokumentation sowie ein BPM-Wissensportal. * Sie moderieren Meetings und Workshops sowie beraten und begleiten Prozessverantwortliche bei der Analyse, Einführung, Harmonisierung und Optimierung lokaler und werksübergreifender Prozesse. Zudem begleiten Sie die Beteiligten durch die damit verbundenen Veränderungsprozesse. * Sie entwickeln gemeinsam mit dem Team den Prozessmanagement-Standard, Rollen und KPIs weiter und stellen die Integration von Prozessen sicher, die aus Projekten und zentralen unternehmensweiten Arbeitsgruppen hervorgehen. * Sie begleiten den organisatorischen Wandel im Rahmen der Digitalisierung unserer internen Wertschöpfungskette und bringen dabei fundierte Methodenkenntnisse in den Bereichen Prozessmanagement und Organisationsentwicklung ein.

Das bringen Sie mit * Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) der Betriebswirtschaft oder Informatik mit Schwerpunkt Prozessmanagement bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung * Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung sowie fundierte Fachkenntnisse im Business Process Management und in digitalisierungsrelevanten Themen sowie Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung attraktiver interner BPM-Serviceangebote * Ausgeprägte Auffassungsgabe für interdisziplinäre Vorgänge und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und Diplomatie * Präsentations- und Moderationserfahrung sowie eine stark ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit * Idealerweise Weiterbildungen und Qualifikationen (z.B. BPMN 2.0, Senior Process Manager:in, Change Management oder laterale Führung)
