Aufgaben

* Du wächst von Anfang an in die Rolle hinein, indem du die Inbetriebnahme- und Hochlaufphase des Systems begleitest und so zu einem führenden Experten wirst.

* Als zentraler Ansprechpartner vor Ort agierst du nie allein, sondern hast unser erfahrenes Projektteam in Wels als direkten Support-Partner im Rücken.

* Dank verfügbarer Standard-Reports konzentrierst du dich auf das Wesentliche: die Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse.

* Mit zunehmender Erfahrung, entwickelst du dich später zur Schnittstelle für alle unsere Zentrallager der XXXLutz Gruppe im Bereich Diskont und arbeitest eng mit Disposition, Bestandsmanagement, Supply Chain Management, Regionallogistik und unseren Filialen zusammen. Darüber hinaus hast du die Möglichkeit, aktiv an spannenden Projekten rund um die Logistik und unseren Zentrallägern in mehreren europäischen Ländern mitzuwirken.

* Systemverantwortung: Als technischer Verantwortlicher für unser neues Warehouse Management Systems am Standort Zurndorf, stellst du durch Fehleranalysen und Problembehebungen, einen reibungslosen Systembetrieb sicher.

* Mitarbeiter-Befähigung: Durch praxisnahe Trainings machst du unsere Lagermitarbeiter zu souveränen Anwendern von WMS und Automatisierungstechnik und steigerst so direkt die Produktivität.

* Administrative Drehscheibe im Materialfluss: Im Tagesgeschäft unterstützt du die Standort-Leitung als zentrale Schnittstelle zur Auftrags-Verwaltung, der Import-Abteilung und der Versand-Tourenplanung. Du klärst Abweichungen, steuerst Prioritäten und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informations- und Warenfluss.

* Prozessoptimierung: Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale in allen Lagerprozessen - ob im WMS, Materialflusssystem oder in der Automatisierungstechnik selbst - und unterstützt das Projektteam in Wels bei der Ausarbeitung und Implementierung der Lösungen.

Qualifikationen * Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HAK, HTL) im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich mit Logistik- oder IT-Bezug bildet eine ideale Basis.

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung oder Anwendung von Warehouse Management Systemen (WMS) oder in einer vergleichbaren Schnittstellenfunktion in der Logistik ist Voraussetzung.

* Ein ausgeprägtes Prozessdenken und ein gutes Verständnis für das Zusammenspiel moderner IT-Systeme sind für dich selbstverständlich.

* Du kombinierst analytisches Denken mit einer strukturierten, selbstständigen Arbeitsweise und kannst als kommunikativer Teamplayer technische Sachverhalte klar vermitteln.

* Ausgezeichnete MS-Office-Kenntnisse

Als Möglichmacher:in mit entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung, kannst du bei dieser Position mit einem Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 34.594,00 rechnen. Wir legen großen Wert darauf, dein tatsächliches Gehalt individuell im persönlichen Gespräch festzulegen. Je nach Qualifikation und spezifischen Erfahrung, ist eine Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung selbstverständlich vorhanden.
