Jij zorgt ervoor dat IT apparatuur perfect wordt voorbereid zodat klanten hun devices direct kunnen inzetten. Je bent praktisch ingesteld, werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het leuk om met je handen bezig te zijn in een hecht team met een informele sfeer. Jouw rol Als Inhouse IT Engineer werk je samen met je collega's in het warehouse aan het leveren van value added services voor klanten. Jij verzorgt de voorbereidende werkzaamheden zodat nieuwe IT apparatuur direct klaar is voor gebruik binnen de organisatie van de klant. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en praktisch van aard. Je registreert nieuwe hardware, voert configuratiemanagement uit, voorziet IT apparatuur van klant specifieke stickers en maakt producten verpakkingsloos. Daarnaast bouw je aanvullende componenten in, breng je screenprotectors aan en spoel je devices in met de juiste profielen. Je bent niet bang om fysiek werk te verrichten en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen. Klantbeleving staat centraal in alles wat je doet en je werkt zorgvuldig om een hoge kwaliteit te garanderen. Jouw profiel - Minimaal mbo 3 werk en denkniveau - Basiskennis van IT hardware en IT omgevingen - Bij voorkeur relevante werk of stage ervaring maar starters zijn ook welkom - Gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken - Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband goed kunnen functioneren - Proactieve houding en hands on mentaliteit - Teamplayer die klantbelang altijd voorop zet - ...
