Wij zijn op zoek naar een fulltime inhouse recruiter bij verschillende klanten van ons in de regio Den Bosch en Tilburg. Job Investment is een uitzend en werving & selectie bedrijf. Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? Als recruiter ben je verantwoordelijk voor de werving en selectie van uitzendkrachten en vaste medewerkers voor onze opdrachtgever(s) waar je inhouse aanwezig bent. Dit betekend dat je vaak werkzaam bent op de locatie van onze klant(en). Daarbij ga je actief op zoek naar kandidaten, beoordeel je CV's, heb je contact met klant en voer je intakegesprekken. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inplannen van de uitzendkrachten en het maken van de roosters. Kortom een zeer uitdagende en afwisselende functie. Functie-eisen Wat breng je mee? - HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal 1 tot 3 jaar werkervaring; - Woonachtig binnen een straal van 25 km vanaf Tilburg; - Fulltime beschikbaar; - Geen moeite om s'ochtends vroeg te beginnen (werkdag begint vanaf 7 uur); - Communicatief vaardig, sociaal, snel kunnen schakelen en enthousiast.
