Onze cliënt is een ambitieuze en groeiende Vlaamse KMO die gespecialiseerd is in elektrotechnische installaties en technische totaaloplossingen voor een breed scala aan professionele klanten. Vanuit hun uitvalsbasis in Wetteren realiseren zij projecten over heel Vlaanderen en hebben zij doorheen de jaren een uitstekende reputatie opgebouwd op vlak van kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en technische expertise.

Door de aanhoudende groei en verdere professionalisering van de onderneming zijn zij vandaag op zoek naar een HR & Office Officer die een centrale rol wil opnemen binnen de dagelijkse werking van het bedrijf en mee wil bouwen aan een sterk medewerkersbeleid.

Omschrijving

  • Beheren van het volledige rekruteringsproces
  • Online zetten van vacatures, coördineren met externe partners en screenings uitvoeren
  • Afnemen van sollicitatiegesprekken
  • Coördineren van onboarding- en offboardingtrajecten
  • Verlenen van administratieve ondersteuning binnen diverse HR-processen
  • Ondersteunen van de payrolladministratie in samenwerking met externe partners
  • Organiseren en opvolgen van opleidingen en certificeringen
  • Ondersteunen van marketing- en communicatieactiviteiten, waaronder sociale media
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt van medewerkers voor hr-gerelateerde vragen
  • Je kijkt uit naar een eerste job en beschikt over een relevante bacheloropleiding of je hebt reeds ervaring in een gelijkaaridge rol.
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis van sociaal recht
  • Werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig
  • Neemt initiatief en denkt proactief mee met de organisatie
  • Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels met een basiskennis van het Frans
  • Is vertrouwd met MS Office en werkt vlot met digitale systemen en ERP-software
  • Is een echte teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit
