De groei van de gemeente en de hoeveelheid aanvragen om omgevingsvergunningen vragen om voldoende capaciteit en vakinhoudelijke expertise binnen het team Omgevingsvergunningen. Wij zoeken daarom een medior bouwplantoetser die zelfstandig aanvragen behandelt en bouwplannen toetst. De opdracht is gericht op zorgvuldige, tijdige afhandeling en continuïteit. 2 Werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden De professional behandelt zelfstandig reguliere en middelmatig complexe aanvragen om omgevingsvergunningen. De werkzaamheden omvatten: • aanvragen beoordelen, behandelen en afhandelen binnen de geldende termijnen; • bouwplannen en bijbehorende stukken toetsen aan onder meer de Omgevingswet en het Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving (Bbl); • aanvragen met meerdere aspecten of activiteiten beoordelen en aanvullende informatie opvragen en verwerken; • adviezen van interne en externe adviseurs uitzetten en verwerken; • contact onderhouden met aanvragers en betrokkenen; • juridisch, bouwtechnisch en administratief correcte dossiers en besluiten vastleggen in PowerBrowser. Voor uitzonderlijk complexe dossiers of bijzondere inhoudelijke vraagstukken is senior expertise in het team beschikbaar.
