Opdrachtomschrijving WIJ Groningen WIJ Groningen adviseert en ondersteunt mensen in de gemeente Groningen om zelf grip te krijgen en te houden op hun leven. Als het kan met hulp van familie en vrienden zo dichtbij mogelijk. We stimuleren dat inwoners hun talenten en mogelijkheden benutten en we versterken de sociale samenhang in de wijken. We verzorgen de indicaties voor de Wet maatschappelijke ondersteuning (Wmo) en Jeugdwet. Onze medewerkers ondersteunen inwoners bij het regie voeren over de zorg en ondersteuning die zij krijgen. Onze buurt-, opbouw- en jeugdwerkers werken in de wijken en buurten samen met groepen inwoners, sociale netwerken en met andere organisaties. Zij verbinden inwoners en netwerken met elkaar. Omschrijving team of project waarbinnen de medewerker te werk wordt gesteld: WIJ Groningen is sinds 2020 aangemerkt als aanbestedende dienst volgens de Aanbestedingswet 2012. In dat kader zoeken wij een inkoopadviseur. De inkoopadviseur valt hiërarchisch onder de manager Bedrijfsvoering. Kandidaatomschrijving Taken en verantwoordelijkheden De opdracht betreft: De inkoopadviseur is mede verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van de strategische kaders omtrent inkoop en vertaalt deze naar een inkoopstrategie met bijpassend beleid inclusief bijbehorende processen en instrumenten. Hij of zij is een expert en in het vakgebied en business partner van de directie, managers en medewerkers bij actuele inkoop gerelateerde thema’s en de ontwikkeling, coördinatie, bewaking en uitvoering van het inkoopbeleid. Daarnaast signaleert de inkoopadviseur interne en externe (maatschappelijke en politieke) ontwikkelingen en trends op het gebied van inkoop en onderneemt proactief acties. De inkoopadviseur.
