Die Marktgemeinde Telfs sucht im Bildungsjahr 2026 / 27 im Kindergarten Lumma 1 INKLUSIONSPÄDAGOGEN_IN mit einem Beschäftigungsausmaß von ca. 25 Kinderdienststunden (zuzügl. entspr. Vorbereitungszeit)

Dienstzeit: Montag bis Freitag zwischen 07.00 Uhr und 14.00 Uhr lt. Dienstplan

DEIN AUFGABENBEREICH

Als einsatzfreudige/-r, flexible/-r Mitarbeiter/-in bist du im Kindergartenteam verantwortlich für

* die Unterstützung der Inklusionsgruppe gemeinsam mit einer gruppenführenden Pädagogin und einer Assistentin

* die Erstellung von Entwicklungsbegleitkonzepten und die Umsetzung von Fördereinheiten in Einzel- oder / und Kleingruppensettings

* eine fachlich beratende Tätigkeit für die Teammitglieder im Haus

* die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Vernetzungsgesprächen

* die Unterstützung von Kindern in lebenspraktischen Bereichen

* die Entwicklung und Pflege von Beziehungen zu den Kindern durch proaktive Kommunikation, Hilfestellung und Unterstützung zur Selbständigkeit

* Planung, Durchführung und Reflexion von situationsorientierten Bildungsangeboten

DEIN PROFIL

* entsprechende abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur / zum Elementarpädagogen/-in sowie zur / zum Inklusionspädagogen/-in (bzw. in Ausbildung befindlich)

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Verständnis für die Lebenswelten der einzelnen Familien

* hohe Sozialkompetenz

Die Einstufung für diese Funktion erfolgt nach den Bestimmungen des Gemeinde- Vertragsbedienstetengesetzes vorzugsweise in ki1. Das Mindestentgelt beträgt monatlich € 3.629,10 brutto bei 100 % Beschäftigungsausmaß. Dies kann sich aufgrund gesetzlich anrechenbarer Vordienstzeiten erhöhen.
