Je doet ook hetzelfde voor bijzondere hulpverzoeken. Je doet verschillende taken volgens de Participatiewet. Je beheert je eigen lijst met mensen die je helpt. Je werkt samen met andere medewerkers, beantwoordt de telefoon en houdt spreekuren. Het is belangrijk dat je georganiseerd kunt werken en goed kunt plannen. Je moet gemakkelijk met mensen kunnen praten en interesse in hen tonen. Je moet ook onder druk kunnen werken en overzicht kunnen houden. Naast je ervaring is je persoonlijkheid ook belangrijk. We willen iemand die goed kan communiceren, samenwerken, goed kan schrijven en nieuwsgierig is. Je moet ook analytisch zijn en snel kunnen schakelen. Je moet zelfverzekerd zijn en op kritieke momenten kritisch kunnen zijn. Je moet goed kunnen plannen, flexibel zijn en niet snel gestrest raken.
