Vakgebied: Sociaal Opleiding: HBO Branche: Overig Functie: Sociaal Plaats: HELMOND Organisatie: JS Consultancy Dienstverband: Tijdelijk / projectbasis Inkomensconsulent Bijzondere Doelgroepen Functieomschrijving Voor een werk- en ontwikkelbedrijf in Helmond zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Inkomensconsulent voor bijzondere doelgroepen. In deze functie help je mensen in een kwetsbare positie om hun leven weer op de rit te krijgen. Je behandelt bijstandsaanvragen en beheert uitkeringen binnen de Participatiewet en I.O.A.W. Daarbij combineer je jouw vakinhoudelijke kennis met een positieve en mensgerichte benadering. Je werkt met cliënten die bijvoorbeeld dak- of thuisloos zijn (geweest), een detentieverleden hebben of op andere manieren extra ondersteuning nodig hebben. Je weet hoe je verbinding maakt, vertrouwen opbouwt en tegelijkertijd duidelijk en standvastig blijft. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: • Behandelen van bijstandsaanvragen binnen de Participatiewet en I.O.A.W.; • Beheren en beoordelen van lopende uitkeringen; • Opstellen van adviezen, rapportages en beschikkingen; • Toepassen van relevante wet- en regelgeving binnen het sociaal domein; • Fungeren als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor ketenpartners; • Samenwerken met onder andere organisaties binnen het sociaal domein, veiligheid en zorg; • Nauw samenwerken met participatiecoaches en externe partners; • Voeren van gesprekken met cliënten en aansluiten bij hun persoonlijke situatie; • Stimuleren van eigen verantwoordelijkheid en persoonlijke motivatie; • Signaleren van knelpunten en denken in mogelijkheden; • Bijdragen aan een goede samenwerking tussen verschillende betrokken partijen. Je weet een goede balans te vinden tussen mensgericht werken en rechtmatig handelen.
