Over de functie Als interim Inkomensconsulent via BMC adviseer en ondersteun jij inwoners in kwetsbare situaties, met als doel hun zelfredzaamheid te vergroten. Je krijgt de unieke kans om jouw expertise in te zetten bij diverse gemeenten in de regio Overijssel. Je wisselt periodiek van uitdagende omgeving, maar behoudt altijd de zekerheid van een vast contract. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig beoordelen en beheren van aanvragen in het kader van de Participatiewet, bijzondere bijstand en minimaregelingen. Je doorgrondt complexe financiële casuïstiek en vertaalt wet- en regelgeving naar mensgerichte oplossingen. Omdat opdrachten variëren van drie maanden tot twee jaar, blijf je jezelf continu uitdagen en ontwikkelen. Samen met jouw vaste adviseur van BMC stippel je een loopbaanpad uit dat perfect aansluit bij jouw ambities en werkgeluk. Functie-eisen Om succesvol te zijn in deze dynamische adviesrol, breng je een gezonde dosis expertise en maatschappelijke gedrevenheid mee. Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel: - Een afgeronde opleiding op hbo- of wo-niveau. - Minimaal twee jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als inkomensconsulent binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie. - Actuele kennis van de Participatiewet en aanverwante sociale wetgeving. - Ervaring met gemeentelijke softwaresystemen zoals Suite voor het Sociaal Domein (Centric). Competenties - Met jouw sterke analytische en cijfermatige vaardigheden doorgrond je complexe financiële situaties snel en accuraat.
