In deze functie zet je jouw kennis van de Participatiewet in om inwoners bestaanszekerheid te bieden. Je behandelt zelfstandig aanvragen en lopende dossiers en neemt juridisch goed onderbouwde besluiten. Geen dossier is hetzelfde. Je combineert jouw kennis van wet- en regelgeving met analytisch vermogen en oog voor de persoonlijke situatie van inwoners. Je zorgt ervoor dat besluiten rechtmatig, zorgvuldig én begrijpelijk zijn. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: • Beoordelen en behandelen van aanvragen en lopende dossiers binnen de Participatiewet; • Beoordelen van complexe rechtmatigheidsvraagstukken; • Analyseren van financiële gegevens, bankafschriften en onderzoeksrapportages; • Voeren van gesprekken met inwoners om hun situatie helder in beeld te krijgen; • Nemen van juridisch goed onderbouwde besluiten; • Opstellen van duidelijke en zorgvuldige rapportages; • Uitleggen van besluiten en het bespreekbaar maken van een eventuele negatieve uitkomst;• Samenwerken met collega's van onder andere de uitkeringsadministratie, juridische zaken, sociale recherche en participatiecoaches; • Fungeren als inhoudelijke sparringpartner binnen het team; • Bijdragen aan het verder versterken van de dienstverlening en werkwijze. Je weet hoofd- en bijzaken goed van elkaar te onderscheiden en maakt op basis van de beschikbare informatie een zorgvuldige afweging. Daarbij houd je altijd oog voor de menselijke maat.
