Dit gebeurt op een integrale werkwijze, zowel recht als doelmatig met oog voor de menselijke maat. Het doel is vast te stellen of de uitkering rechtmatig wordt verstrekt, of er arbeidsvermogen is en of er op andere vlakken ondersteuning nodig is. Je pakt de complexere onderzoeken op binnen het project. In het wekelijkse casusoverleg worden de onderzoeken verdeeld en denk je samen met je collega's actief mee over casussen. Afhankelijk van de signalen die voortkomen uit de opgevraagde gegevens: Voer je mutatieonderzoeken uit; Voer je beëindigingsonderzoeken uit; Ga je in gesprek met de klant (eventueel samen met een collega); ga je op huisbezoek. Waar ga je werken? Het projectteam bestaat uit 5 tot 7 medewerkers. De medewerkers hebben de volgende specialisaties: Specialist inkomen, handhaving en werkconsulenten en komen allemaal vanuit een ander team uit de afdeling Werk & Dienstverlening. Het is een betrokken, enthousiast, flexibel team waarin nauw met elkaar samen wordt gewerkt. Er is dagelijks contact en één keer per week vind het casusoverleg plaats, waarin ieder vanuit zijn expertise de casus bespreekt om gezamenlijk tot een plan van aanpak te komen. Hierbij staat het belang van een goede dienstverlening aan de klant centraal. De omloopsnelheid van de casussen zijn hoog en het team werkt samen voor het beste resultaat. Iedereen zet een stap extra als het nodig is. eisen Je hebt minimaal een HBO opleiding Sociaal Juridische dienstverlening of een gelijkwaardig ervaring met een Civision samenlevingszaken, Verseon ervaring met het uitvoeren van (periodieke) heronderzoeken gewenst.
