In het kort: Je gaat als inkomensconsulent inwoners ondersteunen bij financiële dienstverlening, aanvragen en mutaties beoordelen, rechtmatigheid bewaken, beschikkingen opstellen, fraude signaleren en nauw samenwerken met collega’s en externe partijen. Opdrachtomschrijving Als Inkomensconsulent bij Gemeente Haarlemmermeer heb je een zelfstandige rol in contact met inwoners als het gaat om financiële dienstverlening. Je werkt nauw samen met de consulent werk met als doel de inwoner zo snel mogelijk zelfvoorzienend te laten zijn. Als Inkomensconsulent voer je onderstaande werkzaamheden uit: - Caseloadbeheer, hieronder valt het afhandelen van beëindigingsonderzoeken en het afhandelen van mutaties; - Het voeren van de regie over de inwonersaanvragen en mutaties die uitsluitend inkomen gerelateerd zijn; - Het voeren van het vervolggesprek op de werkintake over inkomen (indien van toepassing) op de leefgebieden financiën en wonen (huishouden); - Het verstrekken van informatie, advies en inlichtingen aan de inwoner over de rechten en plichten op grond van de Participatiewet; - Het beoordelen van aanvragen levensonderhoud in het kader van de Participatiewet op volledigheid en rechtmatigheid; - Je rapporteert over onderzoeksbevindingen op basis van analyse van gegevens conform wet- en regelgeving en stelt naar aanleiding van het gerapporteerde onderzoek beschikkingen op; - Je signaleert verdachte situaties in het kader van rechtmatigheid, beslist of aanvullend onderzoek gewenst is en werkt indien nodig samen met Handhaving; - Verstrekt informatie over voorliggende voorzieningen; - Je zorgt waar nodig voor een adequate doorverwijzing naar relevante (externe) partijen of instanties; - Het zelfstandig archiveren in Djuma. Kandidaatomschrijving Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Inkomensconsulent voor 32-36 uur per week met onderstaand profiel: - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur een opleiding op het gebied van maatschappelijk werk, HBO Rechten of sociaal juridische dienst.
