Je komt te werken in een gezellig en professioneel team waarin verschillende specialisten samenwerken. Mogelijkheid tot verlenging wie ben jij Je herkent jezelf in het volgende: - Minimaal een afgeronde MBO+ opleiding (bij voorkeur SJD), aangevuld met een opleiding Inkomensconsulent. - Minimaal 2 jaar recente werkervaring als inkomensconsulent/medewerker binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie. - Aantoonbare, actuele kennis van de Participatiewet. - Praktische ervaring met Suite4Werk & Inkomen en/of PKO. - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. wat ga je doen Als Inkomensmedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van jouw caseload. Jouw dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Rechtmatigheidsonderzoek: Het onderzoeken en vaststellen van het recht, de hoogte en de duur van lopende bijstandsuitkeringen. - Aanvragen afhandelen: Het beoordelen van aanvragen voor bijzondere bijstand, individuele inkomenstoeslag, studietoeslag en overige inkomensvoorzieningen. - Controle & Signalering: Het uitvoeren van (periodieke) rechtmatigheidsonderzoeken, het controleren van inkomenssituaties en het signaleren van mogelijke fraude. - Dienstverlening: Het voeren van heronderzoeken en (telefonische) spreekuren, en waar nodig doorverwijzen naar schuldhulpverlening of minimaregelingen. - Kwaliteitsontwikkeling: Actief bijdragen aan de doorontwikkeling van de (dig...
