The posting

Als Demand Planner speel jij een sleutelrol in het slim beheren van de voorraad. Je analyseert verkoopdata, controleert forecastgegevens en bespreekt jouw bevindingen met de accountverantwoordelijke. Omdat een groot deel van de voorraad klantspecifiek is, zorg jij continu voor de juiste balans tussen leverbetrouwbaarheid en een optimale voorraadpositie.

Je werkt dagelijks samen met collega's van Sales, Inkoop en Logistiek. Hierdoor ben je niet alleen bezig met cijfers, maar heb je ook veel contact met verschillende stakeholders binnen de organisatie. Jij brengt alle puzzelstukjes samen en zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt.

In jouw functie houd je je onder andere bezig met:

- Het analyseren en beheren van voorraadniveaus, zodat producten tijdig beschikbaar zijn zonder onnodige voorraadopbouw. - Het vergelijken van klantforecasten met daadwerkelijke afnames en het bespreken van afwijkingen met Sales. - Het monitoren van levertijden van geplaatste inkooporders en tijdig anticiperen op wijzigingen. - Het analyseren van voorraadrotatie en, indien nodig, maken van nieuwe afspraken met leveranciers over levertijden. - Het signaleren van slow movers en non movers en het aandragen van verbeterinitiatieven voor het assortiment. - Het verzorgen van de masterplanning voor generieke artikelen en het tijdig plaatsen van afroeporders bij leveranciers.

Jij bent analytisch sterk, communicatief vaardig en vindt het leuk om te schakelen tussen verschillende afdelingen en belangen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

- HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Logistiek of Supply Chain. - Kennis van zeevracht en ervaring met het organiseren en begeleiden van inkomende zeevracht is een sterke pre. - Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is een plus. - Uitstekende vaardigheden in Excel. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Sterk analytisch vermogen en een proactieve houding. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel richting col
