Voor een internationale handelsorganisatie in regio Goes zoeken wij een Inkoop Assistent voor 32 tot 40 uur per week. In deze functie ondersteun je de dagelijkse inkoopadministratie. Je verwerkt bestellingen, bewaakt leveringen en zorgt dat gegevens correct worden vastgelegd. Daarnaast heb je regelmatig contact met leveranciers en stem je intern af wanneer er iets wijzigt of vertraging ontstaat. Wat zijn jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden? Als Inkoop Assistent in Goes zorg je dat het administratieve proces rondom bestellingen en leveranciers goed verloopt. ✓ Je verwerkt en controleert inkooporders en bijbehorende gegevens; ✓ Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers over bestellingen, levertijden en afspraken; ✓ Je bewaakt lopende orders en signaleert afwijkingen of vertragingen; ✓ Je verwerkt administratieve gegevens rondom inkoop, voorraad en leveringen; ✓ Je stelt interne overzichten en rapportages op voor collega's en leidinggevenden; ✓ Je stemt leveringen en praktische afspraken af met betrokken partijen; ✓ Je ondersteunt tijdens drukke periodes bij aanvullende werkzaamheden binnen de inkoopafdeling.
