Fulltime Bij Adri & Zoon draait het om kwaliteit, ondernemerschap en vooruitgang. Als Inkoop- en Productmanager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop binnen jouw productsegment. Jij bepaalt de koers, verbindt inkoop en verkoop en bouwt met visie en daadkracht aan een sterk, toekomstgericht assortiment. Wat ga je doen? Als Inkoop - en Productmanager combineer je commercieel inzicht met marktkennis en een praktische aanpak. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige inkoopproces binnen jouw productsegment, volgt ontwikkelingen in de markt op de voet en onderhoudt contact met bestaande leveranciers. Je werkt nauw samen met het verkoopteam en zorgt dat in- en verkoop goed op elkaar aansluiten. Dit doe je door marktinformatie te delen en vooruit te kijken naar vraag en aanbod. Daarnaast ben je voortdurend op zoek naar nieuwe kansen, producten en samenwerkingen. Jij kijkt verder dan alleen de beste prijs. Beschikbaarheid, kwaliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid zijn minstens zo belangrijk. In deze rol ben je daarnaast verantwoordelijk voor: Het onderhandelen over prijzen, volumes, condities en leveringsafspraken; De strategische ontwikkeling van het segment, waarbij jij de koers bepaalt op basis van marktontwikkelingen en kansen voor new business; Het opstellen en presenteren van periodieke rapportages over resultaten, voorraad, marges en segmentontwikkelingen aan de Purchase & Sourcing Manager; Het initiëren en uitvoeren van procesverbeteringen en automatisering binnen inkoop en verkoop. Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat onze inkoop commercieel sterk staat, onze leveranciersrelaties goed zijn én we snel kunnen inspelen op ontwikkelingen in de markt. Wat kun je van ons verwachten?
