Vacature inkoop relatiebeheerder Bouw Als inkoop relatiebeheerder ben jij de regisseur van markt, prijsvorming en partnerrelaties. Je zorgt dat het inkoopproces voorspelbaar, gestructureerd en zorgvuldig verloopt. Als inkoop relatiebeheerder Bouw bij Hendriks zorg jij ervoor dat Bouw projecten kunnen rekenen op de juiste bouwpartners, op het juiste moment en met een betrouwbare prijsvorming. Jij kent de markt, spreekt de taal van projectteams én weet hoe je duurzame relaties opbouwt met onderaannemers, leveranciers en co-makers. In deze rol draait het niet om inkopen op de laagste prijs. Het gaat om slimme partnerkeuzes, duidelijke afspraken en een keten waarop onze projecten kunnen bouwen. Jij brengt overzicht, structuur en verbinding in het proces van partnerselectie en prijsuitvragen. Je komt te werken in een compleet nieuw opgezet prijsvormingsteam met daarin een strategisch kostendeskundige; 2 kosten engineers en een bouwprocesdeskundige. hier krijg jij energie van! Bij Hendriks krijg je een rol waarin je zichtbaar invloed hebt op de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van onze projecten. Jij helpt om de juiste partners tijdig te betrekken en zorgt dat marktinformatie beter wordt benut in onze projectkeuzes. Je krijgt veel ruimte om relaties op te bouwen, processen te structureren en de partnerdatabase verder te ontwikkelen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's uit voorbereiding, calculatie, uitvoering en projectleiding. De lijnen zijn kort en jouw kennis van de markt wordt actief meegenomen in het proces. Je komt terecht in een functie waarin commercieel inzicht, bouwkennis en organisatievermogen samenkomen.
