Vacature Inkoop Support Honselersdijk (Westland) 36/40 uur MBO Jij houdt het overzicht. Jij zorgt dat het inkoopproces blijft draaien. Als Inkoop Support medewerker ben jij de spil tussen sales, inkoop en leveranciers. Je zorgt dat aanvragen compleet zijn, offertes op tijd worden aangevraagd, gegevens kloppen en inkopers altijd met de juiste informatie aan de slag kunnen. Dankzij jouw overzicht en nauwkeurigheid loopt het proces soepel en kunnen collega's snel schakelen. Purchase Support Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je begint met een overzicht van de gezamenlijke mailbox, lopende aanvragen en openstaande acties. Welke offerteaanvragen zijn binnengekomen? Welke reserveringen vragen aandacht? Waar moet vandaag actie op worden ondernomen? Jij bepaalt de prioriteiten en brengt structuur aan. Gedurende de dag komen er nieuwe aanvragen binnen voor verschillende klanten, productgroepen en acties. De ene aanvraag vraagt om een snelle offerte, de andere om afstemming met meerdere inkopers. Jij zorgt dat iedere aanvraag op de juiste plek terechtkomt en bewaakt de voortgang. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken van offerteaanvragen vanuit Sales - Voorbereiden en vergelijken van offertes voor de inkopers - Versturen van offerteaanvragen naar leveranciers - Verwerken en controleren van orderbevestigingen - Bewaken van reserveringen en signaleren van afwijkingen - Beheren en actualiseren van artikel- en leveranciersgegevens - Afstemmen met inkopers, leveranciers en collega's over lopende aanvragen - Meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en werkwijzen Je bent voortdurend bezig met het organiseren van informatie, het bewaken van overz...
